萬夫莫敵

時序入秋，位於公館特有的「牛心柿」產區，處處可見金黃色的柿子，整齊地擺放在竹篩上，接受日照洗禮。名坊食品行的「柿子果」採用的是公館的牛心柿，以當地「九降風」天然乾燥，嚴選形體與品質均優的柿子，加入紅豆、粢qiˇ 粑baˊ（麻糬），成就了甜而不膩、口感層次豐富的客家名點。

秋が深まるなか、公館名物「牛心柿」の産地には、竹篩にきれいに並べられた金色の柿が太陽の洗禮をうけている光景が、あちらこちらで見られます。「名坊食品行」の「柿菓子」はこの公館の牛心柿を使い、現地に吹く季節風「九降風」で自然乾燥された形?質ともに良い柿を厳選し、小豆とお餅を中に詰め込んで、上品な甘さと豊富な味わいを持つ客家名菓子に仕上げています。

Gongguan is known for the cultivation of the Niouhsin variety of persimmon. Upon the arrival of autumn, the golden orange fruit can be seen neatly arranged on bamboo sieves basking in the sunshine everywhere. For their Fruit of Persimmon, Ming Fang Food selects the best quality and most shapely persimmons from Gongguan, allowing them to dry naturally in the strong monsoon wind before combining them with adzuki beans to make this richly textured and delicately sweet famous Hakka sticky rice snack.
